Feral Foxy Ladies

FERAL FOXY LADIES are emerging feminist performance duo - CLAIRE STONE and KATHERINE VINCE. They met studying MA Advanced Theatre Practice at Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, 2012-2013.

The company formed to create I GOT DRESSED IN FRONT OF MY NEPHEW TODAY, which was commissioned for and had its first scratch at CAMDEN PEOPLE’S THEATRE’S CALM DOWN, DEAR festival of feminist theatre in September 2014.

They set out to make a show investigating the disparity, instilled from infancy, between the body image of girls & boys.

This debut performance then went on to have a critically acclaimed run at Edinburgh Fringe 2015, and VAULT Festival 2016. Since then Feral Foxy Ladies created their second performance, BALANCING ACTS, a show that expresses 6 real accounts of living and coping with depression, which premiered to a sell-out runs at Camden People's Theatre and VAULT Festival 2017, and are now working towards their third production, I WOULD LIKE TO GET TO KNOW YOU, which is all about modern day dating.

As a devising company, Claire brings food (for thought) to the table, and Katherine gives it stomach & legs. Embarrassingly honest with each other & their audience, their work is sexy, with an edge of disgust; chaos, with an OCD streak; hilarious, with a twinge of ‘Oh shit, I do that too.’

They collaborate with filmmakers CHLOË PLUMB, LARISSA ALVES & CHARLOTTE SEEGERS from KALEIDO FILM COLLECTIVE to create video content for their performances and online.
